Sending a query #3

As an authorized user, I want to send a text query to the network, and having responses displayed that matched the query.

this means calling a server address /bulletinboard/broadcast the server should broadcast the query with the websocket(s) the client start to await for addresses in which she expect to receive an answer (so 1 address per clients in the network, except for herself) and register an address.
