As a `USER` I should be able to access CLI commands and help hierarchically #1247

Ideally, DS CLI should offer a way to run commands and access their help in a hierarchical manner, similar to the AWS CLI or other large CLI apps:

datashare -m CLI [options] <command> <subcommand> [<subcommand> ...] [commandParameters]
