[DAAP] Display message when extension or plugin is broken #733

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes, users load broken extension/plugin (see https://github.com/ICIJ/datashare/issues/715) but it should not prevent Datashare to work. But we'd like to tell users that the extension/plugin is broken (it's only in the logs right now).

Describe the solution you'd like Display an error message in http://localhost:8080/#/settings saying "Error: broken extension" or "Error: broken plugin". I suggest we put the text in red below the version: Screenshot 2021-01-25 at 11 36 28
