Height of the tutorial shouldn't vary from step 1 to next steps

My environment:

Google Chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (x86_64)
MacOS Big Sur version 11.4 / MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

The height of the tutorial is larger for steps 2 to 5 than for step 1.

Expected: height of the tutorial on step 1 should be the same as for the next steps.
