UI feedbacks

UI feedbacks from @Soliine on the 18th of April :

• [x] remove icons in profile titles
• [x] unify place holder for notification, history, bookmark: You don't have any ... or They don't have any...
• [x] history: put the link 'a note' on the title's tip (et sur les noms d'user)
• [x] In 'Your bookmarks' (https://prophecies-staging.cloud.icij.org/#/users/sledesert/bookmarks), the record's border shadow effect is weir and effects are overlapping
• [x] In 'home', when "no tips", display "There is no tips yet." instead of "More nice tips"
• [x] In my tasks https://prophecies-staging.cloud.icij.org/#/tasks, choice group's buttons have no border . they appear floating. Add a secondary (lightgray) border ?
• [x] In tasks: set "Show only:" in front of the 2 filter buttons
• [x] "tasks with records left for them" instead of "for the user" since we use "them" and "their" elsewhere

About the step "unify place holder for notification, history, bookmark: " I preferred to have more specific texts instead (Empty history, no records bookmarked yet etc...) but I made them not related to the current user or another user (no your, them...)
