See unchecked records first

How to reproduce:

Go to #/task-record-reviews/1
See that first records can be records that I already checked
It would be nice to have the new ones to do first, not the ones that I already checked (either sort by the records with the ones already checked at the end of the results, or redirect to the page and scroll position of the next one to do?)

My environment:

Google Chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (x86_64)
MacOS Big Sur version 11.4 / MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

I also suggest that after I filtered the results, I also directly see or go to the next records to check.

If we do that the order of the record is going to change between pages while the user is checking records.

For instance if I have 20 records, after I checked the first 10 I'm gonna move to page two which will now contain only the 10 records I just checked.

To solve this, user can filter by 'My classifications > Not classified yet'.
