I click on a '?' icon and 'tutorial' to read the tutorial again #60

When the tutorial is not displayed, I see the help-circle icon and 'Tutorial' in #text color:

I click on it to launch the tutorial again. If I click again, it closes the tutorial.

When the tutorial is displayed, the icon and text turn into #primary color and the text 'Tutorial' turns bold:
