What happened:

We realize that users shouldn't be able to create a tip with a task but no project.

My environment:

Google Chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (x86_64)
MacOS Big Sur version 11.4 / MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

We can also set the "project" automatically when a task is given.
