Compatibility issue with Spacy v2.2 #13

Please make it compatible with spacy v2.2. Also, can you please share the dataset you trained this model on?

It seems the version issue needs to be resolved at the scispacy/spacy level, but the readme should explicitly state which version of spacy is required to use the package.
