7 years ago Discussed on July 27, 2017 OBIB call. Not considered human subjects research because donor is deceased. Therefore probably should put these directly in OBIB since not informed consent.

We need to consider whether this goes into OBIB or ICO. Putting them into OBIB allows us to get them in quickly and available to use.
