Currently the ICOS data license web page (https://www.icos-cp.eu/data-services/about-data-portal/data-license) says, under the 'ICOS Data Licence - Summary' heading, that "ICOS data is licensed under the [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence] (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) (CC BY 4.0)."
In order to cover also non-ICOS data, with whatever licenses that may apply to these (which could I guess in principle also include other options than CC-BY, such as CC-Zero etc.), I would suggest to add a new heading ''non-ICOS Data Licence - Summary'', and supply a similar text: "The Carbon Portal distributes data from other sources than ICOS ERIC. Licenses and usage conditions for these data may differ from ICOS products, but are clearly indicated in the respective metadata. Examples of non-ICOS data licenses include [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence] (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) (CC BY 4.0). and [Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain licence] (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) (CC 0 1.0)."
Reword the icos data license page and documents (pdf included in data cart zip) to also apply to non-icos data with the same CCBY4 license
