Added variable link to Sensor Deployment. Should allow multiple.
Added "L22 Device" (SKOS link) to Device. Should allow one only.
Added "measures (SKOS)" to Device. Should allow multiple.
Label for "measures" is "measures (SKOS)" to prevent a name clash. Will be changed when other "measures" entry is removed in future.
Added "type (SKOS)" to Variable. Should allow one only. Not completely happy with the name - open to suggestions
Please check all property URIs to make sure they fit with your naming scheme

I think Instrument can eventually become a subclass of Device - added a comment for that. Not sure when the best time for that will be. EDIT I may be mistaken on this. Perhaps it should be a subclass of Sensor (since it's a concrete instance of a Device). Or maybe it should stay as its own thing, and be linked to a device separately. Any thoughts welcome.
