• Reqest final version of whatever the analysis will be used for and save it on sharepoint
• Make sure all tables and things that go out, say "compiled by ICPI for XXX on date, by individual name, email ICPI@state.gov with any questions"

Draft Semi-Annual Priorities

• Index Testing Visualizations
• Harmonization of visuals across clusters (assign people to work on this project)
• Provide questions for FAQs for MER guidance
• Develop templates for country teams to use to populate their analytics
• Develop a data use presentation and template for the ECTs
• ECT Liaisons to set up a meeting with the clusters to discuss engagement
• Review PAM/AIDS2018 materials for priorities for your technical area
• Dedicate time to knowledge management - make sure that all your files are on SP
• Review your products to ensure that they include all of the information needed: eg,
• No matter how trivila, make sure all tables and quick visuals that you develop for people include a source and "compiled by ICPI for X person on X date, by X individual, email ICPI@state.gov with any questions" - include if the product is "reveiwed by leads" or not reviewed by ICPI.
