Meetings

Meetings are an important communication tool in the ICPI. Standing meetings and their purpose will be described in this section as the implementation begins.

Standing meetings include:

The ICPI inbrief is open to the entire ICPI community is the ICPI inbrief. Described in the next section.

ICPI Inbrief

The ICPI Inbrief is intended to provide a forum for all of the groups at ICPI to communicate internally and externally with stakeholders who will benefit from the updates (in person, on the phone, or through the slides).

It is the responsibility of individuals identified as a lead of a group at ICPI to communicate out activities, lessons learned, successes, challenges, updates, events, links to products, and other highlights, observations, or points of discussion in this forum.

Groups are required to submit an inbrief summary weekly. Once a month, groups will be required to speak to the full extent of their work (new, ongoing, and completed) during the long format Inbrief. During weekly inbrief meetings, there will be some groups that will report out every week due to the nature of that particular group. Every group has the option to provide a more formal update at any point. The minimum expectation is that a clear and informative summary will be submitted. The expectation is that the groups are reading the summaries from the other groups.
