It will NOT be produced starting in FY20Q4 (it is semi-annual)

Rationale: Since dossiers are automatically udpated and require less LOE, ee need to reappropirate LOE from ICPI analysts building excel dashboards so they can dedicate more time to other priorities.
Plan:
On all stakeholder engagement calls, inbrief, notes, etc, reminder COOP and other stakeholders that they should be using the Panorama Dossier for review
Insert an icon into the excel dashboard that reminds users when it will be retired - and insert a LINK to the dossier into the tool to remind users where to go - insert a snapshot
ONGOING:
POCs named above will themselves and will designate others to continue to submit modification requests to the dossier as part of the STRICT schedule of dossier development
