Data Access & Quality MSD Update: Reminder that the new semi-long format of the MSD will take effect in FY19Q2. The systems team and DAQ will be developing an updated user guides for this new format, click here for more details. ICPI R Utilities Request: If you have an enhancement request, email ICPI@state.gov Data Review Tool: Updated checks are being incorporated for FY19Q2. If you have checks that you would like to include - email ICPI@state.gov. Additional checks proposed include (TB_STAT, Cervical Cancer, AGYW_PREV, HRH)

DATIM: New Approvals and Deduplicaiton dashboards launched! Spotlight: Resolving access issues. Now has a guide if your administrator blocks it (data.pepfar.gov)

Data Calendar Reminders: • February 22: Panorama FY19 Q1 tool released with updates and data entered during FY19 Q1 data entry period, • March 4: DATIM MER cleaning period opens for FY19 Q1, • March 29: Panorama FY19 Q1 tool and Spotlight released with updates and data entered during FY19 Q1 cleaning period, ZenDesk: Reminder to submit zendesk tickets if you notice any issues with MSD, Genie, Panorama, or DATIM

For April 2019 Huddle:

Data Access & Quality MSD Update: The new semi long format of the MSD will take effect in FY19Q2. The PEPFAR systems team and DAQ will be developing an updated user guide for this new format. ICPI R Utilities Request: If you have an enhancement request, email ICPI@state.gov. Data Review Tool: New and updated checks have been collected from program representatives and are being incorporated for initial FY19Q2 release. Calculated Indicators: DAQ will be documenting the work flow for calculated indicator production between data entry, PDH, and datasets. Data Calendar Reminders: • May 15: Data entry closes for initial FY19Q2; Q2 data becomes available through Genie. • May 22: Panorama goes live with Q2 data; Q2 MSDs released under new format. ZenDesk: Submit tickets if you notice any issues with MSD, Genie, Panorama, or DATIM.

Calculated Indicators: DAQ will be documenting the work flow for calculated indicator production between data entry, PDH, and datasets. DAQ training materials are being updated to reflect new MSD structure. MER data reporting issues tracker: Please inform DAQ of any issues with MER data reporting. ZenDesk: Submit tickets if you notice any issues with MSD, Genie, Panorama, or DATIM.
