Roha is now wondering if we should aim to have 1 validation document/spreadsheet and inidcate on each validation if it's in DATIM, DRT or both or suggested in MER2.5 but not in either yet. Then it's easier to sort out action items, any additions, etc. Roha pointed out that we could have a list of all possible validations, flags for where they currently exists. DATIM, DRT, MER 2.5 Guidance, Data Pack Self-Service are the possible sources. Can add to master list as needed and then assign different rules as needed.
At OGAC data mgmt call: Scott said he has done this analysis and has shared the GH ticket for it: https://github.com/pepfar-datim/COP-Target-Setting/issues/772#issuecomment-669225589
Here is the tool he came up with: the comparison tab is where analysis site. Orange rows indicate needed and possible alignment b/t DATIM and DRT. Gray rows indicate current alignment already, not possible or alignment not needed
to-do: organize above document to list out all existing rules in standardized format and note whether they are from DATIM or DRT. Create columns for DATIM & DRT with Y/N responses. Also try to add type/nature of check
find out what checks are in the DRT and not in DATIM validation. Will is asking as part of bigger endeavor on OGAC side
Potential solutions: perhaps create a column in the DRT flag_list doc that says in DATIM validation? Y/N or just a doc that houses all DRT checks not in DATIM validation
