Q4 Initial Panorama Testing Schedule #101

Below please find the timeline, scope, and draft assignments for each of the ICPI/Pano dashboards for Q4 Initial:

Timeline 11/15 - Q4 initial data entry closes in DATIM 11/16 - 11/19- Pano dashboards available for testing in Dev 11/21 - Pano Q4 initial dashboards released

Scope

Review functionality of each dashboard (remember to test OU/SNU, Partner/Mech, and Global if applicable) Review data (focus on Q4, but check prior periods as well) against the draft MSD that will be posted to SharePoint (we will send a message to you when this is ready and posted) Compare data between test MSD and Pano, and send screen shots with the incorrect data via email (not posted here on GitHub) to Ana and Janice Please feel free to refer to the powerpoint for testing instructions (see calendar invite)

@KatieOC - Can you confirm who will be available to test next week?

Testing Assignments/Dashboard PoCs

If a PoC is unavailable during the proposed testing time period, they are welcome to transfer testing responsibilities to another colleague by editing the above comment and assigning the new tester, and writing a new comment to inform test leads that a new assignment has been made.

I'm second in line so I'll be able to QC VMMC. @pvinayak001 I'm going to have a one of our new analysts help with the QC of Treatment Summary Dashboard and will update the list above.

@pvinayak001 Thanks Pooja! the SSD (SIMS Structured Dataset) will be posted on the 16th as well, correct? I think that's what Stephanie O'Hara said, but just making sure. thanks!

@pvinayak001 or @jb3436 any tips on QCing Additional Disaggs dossier? we are talking about lots of MER indicators in one page.

I'm getting this error when I selected Kenya for the GEND_GBV OU dashboard. All other OUs seem to be working. @pvinayak001

@pvinayak001 GEND_GBV dashboards look good, except that the default year selected is FY2017 when it should be FY2018.

we are behind on TSD and VMMC. When @nmcarloni and I first opened dev.pano on Friday, TSD had no data. Tried again this morning, still no data and alerted systems team of issue.

VMMC OU level is complete and TSD OU level will be complete. After TSD OU, will continue with TSD Mech

Major issues found for OVC. Email with details sent. I wasn’t able to review static tables.

FYI: we found several issues with the SIMS Dashboard. Sent info to Pooja who shared with developers.

@pvinayak001 MSD and Genie extract are missing a disagg for PMTCT_STAT (disaggregate by status and age) "New Negative"
