Pano Testing Schedule

Below please find the timeline, scope, and draft assignments for each of the ICPI/Pano dashboards for Q1 Initial:

Timeline

2/15 - Q1 initial data entry closes in DATIM 2/19-20 - Pano dashboards available for testing in Dev 2/22 - Pano Q1 initial dashboards released (FYI - ICPI dashboards/tools due on 2/26)

Scope - PENDING TUTORIAL on 2/12

• Refer to the powerpoint for testing instructions in the calendar invite (coming soon).
• Review functionality of each dashboard (remember to test OU/SNU, Partner/Mech, and Global if applicable)
• Review data (focus on Q4, but check prior periods as well) against the draft MSD that will be posted to SharePoint. We will send a message to you when this is ready and posted.
• Compare data between test MSD and Pano, and send screen shots with the incorrect data via email (not posted here on GitHub) to Pooja and Pilar
• New Please check off dashboards that you have completed testing, but add a note to document any issues you found. This will help us track recurring dashboard issues and make sure they are resolved.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN TESTING

1) External consistency – does the data on the Panorama dashboards match the MSD/SSD? 2) Internal consistency – does the data in tables match the data in visuals? 3) Filters – test available filters (e.g. time period, SNU, etc). Does data match the MSD/SSD after each filter is applied? 4) Functional issues – note any issues with scroll bars, filters, tables not displaying properly, etc.
