FY19Q2 Initial Panorama Testing Schedule: May17-20 #124

Timeline Wednesday, 5/15 - Q2 initial data entry closes in DATIM Friday, 5/17- Monday 5/20 - Pano dashboards available for testing in Dev Wednesday, 5/22 - Pano Q2 release

Scope

Testing Assignments/Dashboard PoCs

:question: NEW Dossiers in Q2:

If a PoC is unavailable during the proposed testing time period, they are welcome to transfer testing responsibilities to another colleague by editing the above comment and assigning the new tester, and writing a new comment to inform test leads that a new assignment has been made.

@shapaklyak Since I will be unavailable for testing, Mala (@vanamala-narasimhan) will be testing the dashboards I normally do (Treatment Summary OU and P/M, VMMC dashboards) for this release

@shapaklyak I can test the DREAMS dossier. The Prevention cluster will identify POCs for the GEND_GBV, OVC, and PrEP Dossier ASAP

@kimisatoPC - The notes about the DREAMS dossier you entered above should be in the Integration Testing ticket in the Analytics repo: https://github.com/pepfar-datim/Analytics/issues/2115. Please make sure to add them so the Panorama team can address the different items submitted.

Having said that, this dossier was approved as is by Shabeen here: https://github.com/pepfar-datim/Analytics/issues/846, so we can't proceed with any (major) changes that do not come directly from her (you and Shabeen may need to discuss, but we won't be able to implement any major changes for Wednesday). Thanks for understanding.

@pilarbullis @erinschelar Thanks for the heads up, Pilar! @shabeenally please see my feedback in the assigned ticket. I communicated with Caroline Cooney today about the DREAMS dossier, but she's not on Github, so I didn't tag her here.

Also, I wasn't aware of ticket #846, so this is my first time seeing the DREAMS dossier and being able to provide feedback.

Hi Kimi, this ticket is specifically for Pano testing of these dossiers for Q2 release. Hope that helps clarify. Thanks!
