- KP team will update existing visuals in 1) clinical cascade, 2) testing, 3) treatment, and 4) viral load dossiers.
- Will make sure current visuals throughout pano are sufficient
- will then reevaluate if a standalone dossier is needed at FY20Q2

Timeline

FY19 Q4 Iterative timeline (dates may shift slightly): Aug 29 - September 12 (Thursday) : 2 weeks of requirements gathering & discussions about getting dossier set up September 9 (Monday) : Draft requirements submitted September 11 (Wednesday): Feedback provided September 12: Final requirements submitted Rolling Approvals as building begins September 12 – Nov 1: 7 weeks of dossier development specific dossier development and workplan management September 26 (Thursday): first systems check in (after first 2 weeks of initial development) October 3 (Thursday): second systems check in October 10 (Thursday): third systems check in October 17 (Thursday): fourth systems check in October 21 (Monday): Dossier Showcase during ICPI Inbrief October 24 (Thursday): final check in before hand-off for engineering October 31 (Thursday): Pre-Check in before hand-off November 11 – 13: QC dossiers pre-Q4 data and stakeholder sign off November 14 – 17: dossiers updated with Q4 data by DataStrong November 18 – 19: QC dossiers with Q4 data before going live November 22: Pano goes live

Instructions

review existing dossiers for ideas (review them in PAW and see how they are built
submit requirements document (your stakeholders should be involved in this process)
get approval and start building your dossier in PAWS or in DEV environment. If you build in PAWS, it will need to be copied over to DEV. (see below)
Share questions on slack in #analytic workspaces channel - these conversations will be added to an FAQ or "How To" SOP
check in with systems team regularly via in person meetings that are scheduled or using slack channel and tagging them
update the GitHUb ticket created in the analytics repo for development of the dossiers - also log any issues and status updates here.
