As part of the management process to develop in Panorama, first a requirements document that has been reviewed by the technical inter agency community (including OGAC) needs to be submitted for review to ensure it meets the vision of the pano redesign and is consistent with the rest of the platform.

• Please specify the time periods that will be included in this dossier. Recommendation is for most dossiers at the total numerator level to go as far back as possible. For age/sex trends, only data from 2017 onwards are recommended to be included in the first wave of dossiers.
