Testing Timeline and Instructions

Timeline

Kickoff Meeting: Monday, 12/21 @ 1 PM Monday 12/21 - Thursday 12/31 QC Pano dossiers PLEASE POST THE DATES YOU PLAN TO QC ON ANALYTICS REPO TICKET Wednesday, 01/06/21 - Pano Clean Q4 Live release

Scope - Instruction

See PPT (does not include log in / password info) FY20Q4Clean_Panorama_QC_Testing-No password.pptx

  1. Refer to the PowerPoint for testing instructions (email from Janice).
  2. Review functionality of each dossier (remember to test OU/SNU, Partner/Mech, and Global if applicable)
  3. Review data (focus on Q4, but check prior periods as well) against the draft MSD that will be posted to SharePoint. We will send a message to you when this is ready and posted.
  4. Q4 Clean release will have a lot of traffic because of COP Preparations please check all selectors, notes & cover pages closely.

Testing Assignments/Dossier PoCs

PQ Led Dossier QC

PRIME Led Dossier QC

If a PoC is unavailable during the proposed testing time period, they are welcome to transfer testing responsibilities to another colleague by editing the above comment and assigning the new tester, and writing a new comment to inform test leads that a new assignment has been made.

@Yabayabadoo We've begun assigning these tickets as listed, the only two listed that do not show up in our repo are @sjvolle3430 and @mzavila.

Thanks @reneerace @janholcombe was working with Michelle Zavila to get access to the analytics repo. I can confirm she is able to access the repo and ticket, but unsure why you can't see her. @sjvolle3430 usually transmits issues through @SchneiderMadeline. @SchneiderMadeline can you please confirm?

She has been given access but she needs to accept the invitation to join the repo. I just got it from the github admin and forwarded it to her.
