How are others sharing files? #25

If excel files cannot be attached in GitHub, how are others sharing files? Linking to pepfar.net?

I want to share the searchable word list we came up with in our brainstorming session - I collected everything in an excel file.

we figured it out. for everyone else's FYI, you can't upload excel docs to team conversations, only issues under repos.
