Q4 Indicator Narratives in Q1 and on...

Following up on the request to include narratives in Panorama for indicators that are Q4 or semi-annual. These are not easily available elsewhere, so it would be great to retain them in Panorama even on off-cycle time periods.

Q2 and Q4 indicators to consider including: OVC_SERV OVC_HIVSTAT PP_PREV KP_PREV SC_STOCK TB_ART TB_PREV TB_STAT TX_TB EMR_SITE FPINT_SITE GEND_GBV HRH_CURR HRH_PRE HRH_STAFF KP_MAT LAB_PTCQI PMTCT_FO TX_PVLS TX_RET

@erinschelar - thanks for opening and for the list. In past periods, we had included certain off-cycle indicators that were especially useful in analyzing current-period data for context. However, I don't think we usually included all of them, and the above list looks to be quite comprehensive. Do you believe there is a need to include all of the above indicators, or could we limit the list to a few, say the following (based off previous quarters)? OVC_SERV OVC_HIVSTAT KP_PREV TB_ART TB_PREV TB_STAT TX_TB GEND_GBV TX_PVLS TX_RET

From my perspective, those are fine. I included all off-cycle just to have the list, but it would be good to get input from the above site cluster and maybe treatment? @KatieOC

@bowdenj @erinschelar just to clarify, if the indicator does not make the list, is there a way to access the narrative in the off-cycle? Given the time period of Q4 release, I think sometimes people don't get a chance to do deep dives into some of the indicators (PMTCT_FO for example) and I want to make sure people can still access the narratives if needed.

@KatieOC - There is no other place in Panorama where the narratives can currently be found. The only other place where narratives exist currently is DATIM. I can check with the development team to determine whether it would be a higher LoE to include all of the above indicators. Is general agreement that we do want the full list of indicators?
