I think this looks great. The only thing I would add is on the slide 13, one of the challenges is lack of clarity around responsibilities with other parts of the coordination cluster, eg coordinating training (ICEE), data roles (DAQ), etc.
thanks @achafetz , do you have a suggestion for how we can clarify the responsibilities? is there anything we can add to slide 5 or 13 as a suggestion, in addition to discussing further on Friday?
does this doc help? https://github.com/ICPI/Coordination/issues/4

We just need to have a meetings with other coordination sub groups around scope and clarify responsibilities.
Updated slides 3,8,10,13
Hi DIV - presentation is looking good. Some comments to consider:;
Slide 5: Remove "ICPI" from the sentence describing coordination point with ICEE. So should say "Coordinate activities with the ICEE team around capacity building".---> ICPI capacity building makes it sound like internal CB whereas ICEE is actually responsible for external CB. In any case, since we'll be flushing out further exactly where CB/Knowledge management ends for DIV and starts for ICEE, best to leave it more vague for now.
I personally feel the icons on slide 10 are a bit distracting/crowded but if you guys like them then keep them! Maybe make smaller?
Slide 11: these are all great examples but would be helpful to include more (2-3 total?) especially for the DIV heavy/DIV related objectives, especially Obj #2. I have a feeling Leads will want to see more substantial effort in describing the team's work in relation to ICPI's objectives. Also...would be helpful if you bulleted the examples so they're more distinct visually!
Slide 12: Remove "1 slide max" from title
Slide 13 - second bullet. I think we've done a good amount of working trying to parse out the distinct responsibilities of each of the teams within the Coordination Cluster (i.e., role delineation doc). I do agree that there are certain spheres/areas that are unclear (i.e., knowledge management, ICPI communication) so I would highlight those specific ones. That way - folks can see that this is something that we've worked out and are aiming to address but there are specific areas where we may need more guidance. Does that make sense?
Slide 13 - third bullet: This question is partly answered by the work ICEE is doing to put together the ICPI version of FAB (calling them Field Consultants for now..). Would recommend you quickly look through the ICEE slides to get a better sense of this and update your question to reflect possible constraints around collaborating with ICEE to make that happen...?
Overall this looks great- be sure to mention that the actual workplan links every single activity back to the ICPI strategic objectives (this is different than the other groups).
@bowdenj are you able to join tomorrow? It may be an opportunity to discuss the staffing gaps under BI. If you are not able to join is this something we want brought up? tagging @shapaklyak since she was there for this convo as well- either of us could probably speak to it if you aren't available.
Additional Successes: Implementing Github as the primary project management tool for the cluster!
Also just checking on slide 8 (members/roles). My name has super stars next to it on the membership and roles slide and I am curious if it is just because I am the lead liaison or because there is an additional discussion point regarding my participation? The only other item that's starred is for knowledge management which is getting whacked so just want to prepare :)
@kkale25 , thanks for taking a look & comments too!
thanks @bshook for the suggestions.
