Create Calendar for DIV BI Pano Requests

Goal: To align requests for Panorama with the systems release calendar (FY18 calendar located on DATIM support here: https://datim.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001940503)

Using timeline followed in Q2 release, populated a draft calendar with the following:

1. Deadline for new Panorama requests to be submitted to DIV following the process on the wiki (https://github.com/ICPI/DIV/wiki/Process-for-Submitting-Panorama-Requests:-Data-Updates-and-New-Visualizations) *Note: New requests can be submitted any time up to and including the date noted in the spreadsheet
2. Internal DIV prioritization of new requests for the upcoming quarterly release
3. Integrated Prioritization with development team *Note: This timeline to be managed and communicated by Panorama development team; adding estimate to this calendar based on timeline of Q2 integrated prioritization. Note also that integrated prioritization may span a few days; the first day is listed in this spreadsheet.
4. DIV dashboard testing (pre-release)

This calendar assumes that we will continue the prior process of developing new requests only for the initial release of each quarter. Cleaning periods are shown on this calendar with "N/A" for new development. Performance or data-related bugs in Panorama may be fixed during these releases, but new visuals will not be incorporated for them unless we hear otherwise from the development team.

No updates to the current version attached above. This can be used for quarterly prioritization when the Panorama team is able to receive new requests for update. Closing this ticket.
