Panorama: VMMC Visuals Follow-Up Status FY16 Update #85

The update identified by @bbaack with FY16 VMMC Follow-Up Status disaggs was not able to be completed for the 6/1 Pano Q2 fast-follow. Adding it as an issue here so we can prioritize it moving forward. Not adding screen shots due to public repo, but all FY16 follow-up is currently erroneously being displayed as "No" in Panorama. We would like to fix the calculated indicator.

Assigning to Pooja and Katie for follow-up in Q3 fast-follow or Q3 cleaning. This is related to the current VMMC follow-up status issues.

After reviewing all VMMC tables, I see both values Yes and No for Follow up status in tables so believe this has been resolved.
