pvinayak001 commented 5 years ago

Below please find the timeline, scope, and draft assignments for each of the ICPI/Pano dashboards for Q3 Cleaning:

Timeline 9/21 - Q3 cleaned data closes in DATIM 9/24-9/25- Pano dashboards available for testing in Dev Note: Issues submitted by Tuesday 9/25 will be resolved for the 9/28 release. If you submit issues on 9/26, they may or may not be included depending on the LOE. So I recommend testing on Monday or Tuesday. 9/28 - Pano Q3 cleaned dashboards released

Scope

Please feel free to refer to the attached powerpoint for testing instructions (see email for attachment)

@KatieOC - I have left in the testing assignments from the Q3 initial release. Can you confirm who will be available to test next week?

Testing Assignments/Dashboard PoCs

If a PoC is unavailable during the proposed testing time period, they are welcome to transfer testing responsibilities to another colleague by editing the above comment and assigning the new tester, and writing a new comment to inform test leads that a new assignment has been made.

@pvinayak001 issues for all PMTCT cascade indicators for FY18Q3 using OU MSD. Numbers are so close but not exact. email with details sent.

KatieOC commented 5 years ago

Erin just completed GEND_GBV and found no issues.

pvinayak001 commented 5 years ago

Hi @KatieOC , this may be due to an issue with the PSNU x IM MSD files, not Pano. We have seen similar issues for TB, HTS, and OVC. Can you test with OU X IM and let us know if there are still issues?

All - It looks like there is an issue with the Uganda PSNU x IM file as well. MSD team is looking into it. In the meantime, please use the OU x IM file to test OU level and Global dashboards. We’ve run an additional check to make sure OUxIM matches Panorama. Many apologies to those who have started testing with PSNU x IM. I’ll keep you posted on when the updated files will be available.

KatieOC commented 5 years ago

@pvinayak001 i was using the OU x IM file.

@pvinayak001 I am behind on emails. What can we check off in the first message on this issue as completed?

pvinayak001 commented 5 years ago

@KatieOC I was not planning to check them off until all issues we resolved. If that's the case, I would uncheck the CHIPS dashboards because Shazad found issues. @shazadahmed10 Would you agree? And CHIPS dashboards that did not have issues?

KatieOC commented 5 years ago

@pvinayak001 we have been checking off as we do our QC -issues found or not. the issues are being tracked via tickets so the check boxes help us assess what was QCd or not. This process okay with you?

pvinayak001 commented 5 years ago

@KatieOC Sure! In that case, I will update Dustyn has tested VMMC global and Yaa has attempted to test Retention P/M but could not due to lack of filter - issue was noted.

pvinayak001 commented 5 years ago

@KatieOC And Jamie noted an issue on Treatment continuum for all 3 dashboards.
