Still determining the interagecy-ness of this request; ie, is that USAID or CDC specific TA. Waiting to hear back from CDC/SA SI to confirm time for a call to discuss. Work on USAID-side of the project is proceeding.
@kkale25 @jaliasd @HoustonJamie We need to send a status update email on this to the "country team (chair, cl, si, ect, pc, etc)". It sounds like this has turned into a call. Is there additional details that can be added here to support the drafting of the communication update?
All this is at the point is a call to discuss if a request is needed, the answer is likely to be no. I think you guys are on the email chain no?

@HoustonJamie , I am catching up on emails that came in while out. I think the call still counts as an "engagement" and we can summarize for others the discussion after the call in our standard template email.
Aaron and I are going to go ahead and write code to pull in the CDC/SAs data from their template (note we have no actual data from CDC, just the template). The teams aggragate the data from their two systems at some point so we saw going ahead and munging the CDC data at the same time as a common good. Still working through the analytics angle.
After discussing it with our leadership and given the bulk of the work is done, we think this doesn't warrant a full engagement. The PEPFAR/SA team can advise us on next steps for production of the dataset or whether they want to be oriented and do it themselves.
We'll continue to make updates to the repo and can discuss having interagency training/orientation when Aaron does a TDY in July/Aug.
