@kkale25 do we have sufficient info to send out the initial communication stating that ICPI has approved this engagement and will be moving forward?
We would need to set up a call w Tanzania first since it was ECT3 that suggested Tanzania. Can you organize the call? I can start an email chain w Jenny to discuss.

@HoustonJamie I think we should have a quick chat with the Tanzania Chair, SI, advisor, and CL, then reach out to the country team. I can set up both calls.
Sure sounds good. Let me work on some bullets tomorrow to summarize current status in prep for the call.
Hi all,
thanks for helping to get the communication with TZ started. Jamie let me know if I can help with bullets.

DATE OF REQUEST: April 2018
PREFERRED DATE COMPLETED BY: 6/1/2018
TYPE OF REQUEST: Virtual Support
REQUESTOR FROM OU: ECT3 Co-Leads
REQUEST DESCRIPTION: This is an ECT3 request to support ECT POCs Q2 POART reviews, however it might be possible to work with Tanzania since JJI requested starting with 1 OU first, and Tanzania expressed interest after the ECT3/ICPI TDY in Q1
Request support from ICPI (Treatment Cluster) to:
Work with ECT3 to build on goal posts document from week 4 of ECTs to draft an analytic framework utilizing epidemiologic data, trends, and relationship between indicators (i.e. 90-90-90) to review treatment performance to supplement % achievement of targets and to understand barriers to scaling ART in low coverage SNUs.
Use SNU level PLHIV estimates and MOH TX_CURR numbers in datapacks and additional age/sex disaggregated data from an OU to project timelines for reaching the 2nd 95, and how many additional Tx_Net_New are required to bend the curve if countries are not on track a. Incorporate available data on ANC1 attendance (from DHS at provincial level or program data from district/census data) as a proxy for uptake of MCH/ANC services to optimize the entry point for PMTCT b. Incorporate availabl e case detection rates for tuberculosis (TB) to optimize the entry point for TB/HIV
Provide analyses, tools, and TA as needed to support a deep dive analysis of Tx_Net_New a. Utilize existing ICPI tools: PPR, TSD (with a modification, see below), and Tx_Net_New Site Level Dashboard: b. Incorporate
These analyses will be used by ECT 3 primarily in preparation for Q2 POART reviews (once updated IMPATT data: PLHIV, TX_CURR_MOH data has been submitted with COP18 submissions) to determine which countries, PSNUS, Partners will be need to do deeper analytic dives on Tx_Net_New results in order to inform course corrections. The analysis may have some utility for COP planning.
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES: Dynamic excel and/or Pano analytic workspace dashboard (likely have to build both since workspaces access will be limited at Q2 but could make translation to audeince easier in future)
HQ POC: Elliot Raizes, Jamie Houston
ICPI ANALYSTS/OTHER COLLABORATORS: Kimi Sato, Michelle Williams-Sherlock; elee@hivresearch.org; Caroline Cooney; Adrienne Hurst
