  6. What was the primary focus of your TDY at ICPI?
  7. What was the secondary focus of your TDY at ICPI?
  8. Did you work on analytic skills development while at ICPI? If so, which skills? (i.e., R functions, Excel manipulation, Tableau dashboards development, SAS coding, etc.)
  9. Have you used these skills once you returned to your country office? If so, how?
  10. Have you been able to share the skills you acquired while at ICPI with others on your team? If so, how?
  11. Would you recommend a TDY to ICPI to others?

Is it odd that we call them "reverse TDYers"? I assume staff in other countries just call it a TDY. Maybe we should rethink that...This would apply to all questions and just call it "TDY" instead of "reverse TDY".

For the survey, you should ask what country/office they were traveling from.

Question 3- change to: "In what capacity have you worked with ICPI in the past 12 months" a. TDY from ICPI to country b. Virtual support- analytic c. Virtual support – capacity building d. Other (please specify)

Question 4 - do you really need to know the dates or will just the month suffice? If so, you could probably use a calendar type of question in google forms to ask this and retain some data quality in the survey.

For the dates question Katya, we dont necessarily need the exact dates but if there's a calendar option for the questions, does it not include dates? just months? Seems strange...
