Who: The 23 Supported PEPFAR countries: Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Nambia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia & Zimbabwe
What: Provide assistance and recommendation on how best to capture and archive TLD transition indicators. Data management and analytics of the information that each country will provide. This information will be provided on a quarterly basis during the POART calls.
Why: 1. Provide data analysis on the TLD transition indicators. 2. Provide advise on improved mechanism to capture this data. 3. Determine choke points and provide recommendations for scale-up of transition, wastage avoidance of legacy ART, and optimization of ART regimens.
How: To monitor and evaluate the TLD transition. Each country was provided with 5 TLD transition indicators/questions that the will provide detailed response and an interactive spreadsheet to provide stock data.
Source of Request: This will need to be discussed further on how this can be approached as each of the OUs will be providing this data during their quarterly POART calls.
Specific Deliverables: Analysis on the progression of the transition.
Intended Audience: ARV Optimization short-term task team, SGAC-PQ, USAID, Global Fund and the Ambassador
Outbrief and Communication Plan: Quarterly updates

Adding Meaghan... several pieces are completed, but I think it is also an ongoing effort. That said, we could probably close the ICPI ticket. What do you think Meaghan?
