Tools Overview should come earlier
o Combine the tools overview with the data streams
o Data flow from the very beginning would have helpful
Handouts of data flow would have been helpful to have printed out
First day – had most of the knowledge already being on the ground from the month; appreciated 2nd day sessions a lot more; like the hands on components of it more.
DATIM and Genie from Aliyah’s session was good hands on
Matching the definitions with the answer – Data stream (Aaron and Abe)
More interactive sessions would have been better
Others felt first day was helpful because it was nice to have a repeat given how new they are. Seeing how PEPFAR all fits together was very helpful
Having had this training early on, things were easy to learn rather than learning on the fly
Good introductions but would be nice to have a follow-up session to take a deeper dive
Having point people for certain teams and tools as a list of contact people
If there are glitches in the tool –how and who do we contact? We should give guidance to people on how to submit requests so they’re actionable. What’s the best way to craft the request highlighting the error?
Breakout sessions to work with folks one on one on tools focused on OUs you’re working with.
We’re friendly.
Presenting the COP overview is helpful because the data and all the funding is tied together.
USAID: would have been useful to have a breakout session to talk about how special platforms are used across the agencies
