iSME Roster Request- Jeff Blander #54

Request: Update the iSME roster to streamline and make more visually appealing/easy to read. Update so that changes to the iSME roster will be automatically updated and also shown in the output tabs for the OUs. Updated request on 3/4 to also include specialized pivots/tables that show iSMEs by Technical Area.

Requestors: Jeff Blander, Nick L.

ICPI POC: Travis Lim (worked on the first iteration of the request), Randy Yee (worked on the updated request from 3/4), Kashmira Kale (Liaison, QC, and be consistently in touch with requestors)

Due Date: Beginning of April (for updated request)

We will post the final excel sheet on SP once completed.

List of Updates:

  1. Nick’s Request – Roster Table to show ISME’s other assigned OUs and Technical Areas a. Added additional columns to indicate ISME’s additional OUs and Technical Areas (“Country 1”, “Country 2”, “Country 3”, “Technical Area 1”, “Technical Area 2”, “Technical Area 3”)
  2. Jeff’s Request – Display Total Sums for Each Bar Chart a. Added “Total # of ISMEs for Selected..” next to slicer/chart in the “OU_Technical Area Comparison” Tab which will change with the slicer.
  3. Jeff’s Request – COP19 and ECT Barcharts a. Added “COP19 Buckets and ECT Breakdown Tab” with sections for COP19 Buckets, Pre COP19 ECT, and Post COP19 ECT. b. Each section has their own group of barcharts controlled by their own slicer above.

Let me know if I should make any revisions.

Hey @randyyee - I removed the Roster link you put here as it includes emails/potentially sensitive information and this is a public site. Can you upload the Roster onto SharePoint (under the Engagements folder, create a new folder for this request). Then link that SP link here!

New revisions came through from Jeff. Have updated the tracker to accommodate his new requests. Waiting for final approval from Nick.
