The following analyses are under progress:

• [x] 1. Trends in SID scores by country buckets (Reboot, Scale with Fidelity, Evolve to Sustain, Regional).
• [x] 2. Linkage and retention analyses, by SID service delivery categories. e.g. 2.2 same day initiation association with proxy Linkage (from MER).
• [x] 3. Mapping table 6 investments against SID scores (especially where SID scores are low).
• [x] 4. Association between viral load coverage (MER) and Lab CQI investments, especially OUs which are Evolve to Sustain, including Ethiopia and Namibia. How investments impact viral load coverage?
• [x] 5. Visualize change in SID scores for the bucket 1 OUs, such as Rwanda, Namibia, and Zimbabwe.
• [ ] 6. Responsibility matrix analyses: Role played by Host govt. vs. PEPFAR in programs and healthworkers. Areas were Host govt. is not primary, and what PEPFAR roles are.
• [ ] 7. Responsibility Matrix analyses: Salary and Benefits analyses.
• [x] 8. Remove "other" countries from the analysis, and focus on Evolve, Scale, and Reboot countries.
• [x] 9. Separate trends analysis for Cambodia, Thailand, India, Burma, and Indonesia.
• [x] 10. What is the impact of adolescent friendly policy change on HIV testing rates trends among young people in select PEPFAR countries? (Question 2.2.k in SID)
• [x] 11. We want to identify countries which changed policies related to adolescent friendly HIV testing and care (Question 2.2.l in SID) for treatment growth 2017 to 2019.
