Dear ICPI Onboarding Attendee,

This email confirms your place in the ICPI Interagency Onboarding Training from February 6-7th, 2020. We’re looking forward to hosting you! Please see below for important information and preparation for the training. In addition, please find the agenda attached. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

• The training will be held from 9AM-4:30PM on Thursday, 02.06, and Friday, 02.07. • Both days of training will occur at the ICPI/OGAC Office at 1800 G St NW, Washington DC (10th Floor). • ACTION: Please ensure you have access to the following systems before you arrive at ICPI

  1. Panorama – you can request a new account on the main login page: https://pepfar-panorama.org
  2. DATIM – you can request an account here: https://register.datim.org/ (If you haven’t logged into your DATIM account for several months, it may be deactivated so please reactive your account!)
  3. PEPFAR Sharepoint – you can request account access directly through https://www.pepfar.net/ • ACTION: Review the ICPI Visitor Guide attached for instructions on getting through building security, location, etc. • ACTION: Please bring your laptops and mobile hotspots to the training if you have them. There is no wifi in the building and we only have a few hotspots. • REQUIRED ACTION: Complete Onboarding Pre-work on the PEPFAR Virtual Academy (PVA), learn.pepfar.net— Pre-Work Instructions: Follow your student invitation PVA link to create an account on learn.PEPFAR.net Required Modules: The seven required onboarding pre-work modules will take approximate 80 mins. Please follow your student invitation PVA link to create an account on learn.pepfar.net. Then, you will have access to each of the seven modules. Within each module, a number of “knowledge checks” will give you the opportunity to test your learning and stay engaged. These “knowledge checks” are not graded. At the end of each module, a “completion check” question will ensure you have completed all module exercises. This “completion check” is required to generate your certificate of completion. Please take a screen shot or save your certificate for the onboarding training. Good luck and have fun!
