This ticket tracks geographical changes to the basemap for Ethiopia's woredas and zones, guided by materials provided by the Ethiopia SI Team on December 13.

The Ethiopia SI team documented a set of necessary changes to the woreda, zone, and region maps that represent the country in DATIM and Panorama. The maps are also an input to NAOMI modelling.
