Missing Geometry: Indonesia #150

The Missing Geometry query indicates that DATIM contains 1 (Level 5) and 23 (Level 6) that lack geometry. This ticket tracks the effort to improve the completeness of Indonesia's map.

I found some unusual geometry in the Greater Jakarta area when making a map for the Asia Region. I ended up using boundaries from HDX which were more inline with the boundaries that had been used previously for these same maps.
