wonder about utility of <1 testing data... does it reflect those who weren't picked up by pmtct or data reporting errors?
@nmcdavid I am moving Rachel's feedback to here: Thanks for sharing, Nashiva, and apologies for the late reply. I hope last week's call went well.
A few quick thoughts:
Wow!! Thanks for all of your work! I really like being able to have high level view across OUs with the option to do a deeper dive. This dashboard seems much more user friendly than Panorama.
[x] Ilikely missed this, so feel free to point me in the right direction -- any thoughts on comparing the PMTCT_EID indicator with PMTCT_STAT as a proxy for EID coverage? Again, I may have missed this.
[x] On the 3rd tab (PMTCT_EID Proxy Positivity) -- is this positivity or yield? I know the terms are often used interchangeably and I'm trying to force myself to use them correctly. :)
[x] On the 4th tab (PMTCT_HEI_POS Linkage) - Just want to confirm this is proxy linkage. Also, do you know if the "positives" represent DBS results sent and received before 2m of age? Or just sent before 2m of age?
[x] In general, I have some reservations with using HTS_TST for infants as some countries have universal rapid testing for all babies regardless of HIV exposure -- I'm not sure how, if at all, this may impact data collection/reporting despite guidance to not include these data points.
[x] Do you know if any quick checks have been done to ensure that HTS_TST < 1y is less than PMTCT_EID 0 - 12m for all OUs as all positive rapid tests (HTS_TST) should be followed up with a DBS (PMTCT_EID).
@megitoh after our call, can you add the CDC's team feedback here? To add the check boxes, just select the "check" icon which is to the right of the bullet/number icon in the ribbon right about this chat box. Thanks!
General comments from CDC HEI unit (Helen, Michele and Meg)
Specific comments on each tab: Data Quality Considerations tab
PMTCT_EID Proxy Positivity tab
PMTCT_HEI_POS Linkage tab
HTSTST linkage to TX_NEW <1 tab
TX_NEW vs. HEI_POS_ART tab
Copy of Draft OU analysis template for FY18_22Mar2018.xlsx This is a template we had created a while back on analyses we'd like to see in the dashboard. Could we consider incorporating the following tabs into the dashboard?
OU Quarterly cumulative tab
Trend data tab
Target analysis tab
Linkage tab

This is proxy positivity, according to the indicator reference definition for HEI_POS

[ ] Be sure to indicate on each tab what the intent is - why should the user 'care'? For instance if the positivity rates are increasing or are high - flag for TA?
[x] Include a tab that provides the instructions and considerations for use similar to what we do for other tools
[x] If we want to strengthen our ability to target TA then when we select a country we should also be able to select SNU/PSNU as well
