Request from ECT I to determine current status of OU expenditures associated with Direct Service Delivery for Care and Treatment and Prevention Services, Case Finding and Non-Service Delivery, Service Delivery.

Data Sources: PLHIV Estimates : AIDSInfo (UNAIDS) COP 17 Expenditure Reporting

Analysis Assumptions: 1) ARV Coverage Rate: PLHIV on ART (National) ÷Total PLHIV 2) Direct Service Delivery (DSD) for clinical and prevention services = C&T(Service Delivery Expenditure) +Prevention (Service Delivery Expenditure) 3) Case Finding and Non-direct Service Delivery (NSD) (e.g. HRH, Lab, etc.) = HTS(Service Delivery Expenditure) + ASD 4) NSD (with emphasis on case surveillance, quality and public health response) = HTS(Non-Service Delivery Expenditure) +C&T (Non-Service Delivery Expenditure) + Prevention (Non-Service Delivery Expenditure) + Program Management* (only when PM is included) 5) For [%], total expenditure was used as the denominator with values adjusted by including or excluding Program Management expenditure 6) Program Area SE was included in denominator but is not included in any numerators
