Checking if Genie will be updated with APR17 and APR18 columns - per @abrahamagedewICPI checking with Genie team about getting this added.

If not, then will need to write code for OVC_SERV APR calculation.

FY17 APR calculation = FY17 Q4 Active + [FY17Q2 & Q4 Grad+ Q2&Q4 Transferred + Q2 & Q4 Exited]
FY18 APR calculation = FY18 Q4

OVC_HIVSTAT

APR totals available in Genie, but were missing for Age/Sex and ExitTransfer. Calculated in R. See Code lines 83-85.
