Modifies the CI workflow to use dlg_paletteGen to create the daliuge palettes.

Updated doxygen for components that:

• Uses ConstructParameter where appropriate
• Adds a 'dropclass' field where missing
• Combines separate 'dummy' input and output ports into a single 'InputOutput' port

These changes are not supported by dlg_paletteGen, and sometimes cause warnings, but dlg_paletteGen still creates a valid palette, and EAGLE handles the palette correctly.
