What Log Aggregation Targets should be supported #17

Let's get a conversation going on what target platforms we should focus on in the beginning.

I will start by suggesting Splunk as a target that is readily available, affordable (free under 500 MB /day) for development purposes, and very easy to install.

Other suggestions? The ELK stack? Graylog?
