We need some extra radiative transfer codes (this Issue supplants #21 #22 and #23). There are many widely used algorithms out there with specific use cases or functionality that would find a place in problems ampere wants to deal with. Examples include:

RADMC-3D
For some of them we can use existing packages (e.g. RADMC-3D has python wrappers) but most we will need to roll our own. If you have other suggestions for optimisers that you think are essential, add them to the list.
