TLS with self-signed certificates by default #25

Requires knowing the host name and domains (local and external where applicable) and setting up nginx site configs accordingly.

When should the certificate expire? What should happen when it has expired? Could do like CeroWRT are doing and generate a certificate which is valid for a year and auto-regenerate a new certificate before the current one expires.
