Update functional requirements to account for aircraft models, different models have different crew requirements.

Updated wireframes to reflect new UI changes. UI now specifies aircraft model.
Updated functional requirements, System will determine the aircraft model of a specific flight. Manager will then be able to assign crew to the flight based on the aircraft model, based on the requirements that was specified.
2. Add row assignment to flights
To do:
Edit wireframes to account for new UI features
Update functional requirements to specify that managers are required to assign flight crew to rows in a flight.

Add row assignment to flights
Updated wireframes to reflect new UI changes. The flight management page now has an additional tab to allow managers to select and assign crew to specific rows.
Functional requirements updated in M2. Managers will now be able to assign staff to specific rows in a flight, and they are only allowed to assign staff that have already been assigned to the flight itself.
