Example, when creating sequence diagram, everyone is engage to do different parts, however since Keefe, Jon and Wesley each were working on a functions for each user classification (admin, manager and staff), there was no need of for Meng Rong to take a role in making a sequence diagram to speed it up.

Manpower could be split well better by taking up another section that was not currently worked on, and relying on updates made to kanban board to track each individuals progress on the diagrams.
