Updates Gradle, SDK and many libs. I tried to also migrate to Android X and it worked, but I have another Branch with many changes and this would create a big merge conflict. We should wait until everyone merged their work and then migrate.
There is now a Bug with the Scroll to Top Button in the News list. The Icon is not centred any more. I will create a Issue ticket for this...
