Wargs at the bottom right, near the farm in the city, aggro and kill the farm.

The wargs at the top left however don't aggro the farm, and you can also pull them towards the farm to get them stuck between charging the farm and running back without doing anything.

These wargs can really easily be solo'd by any unit, including things like 1 group of orcs, 1 peasant group, etc.

Attached replay of said imbalance. (I did have to go afk halfway the replay and explored the map a little too, so you'll need to fastforward to the juicy part - just watch the wargs at the top left.)

Due to the warg problem, I'd strongly favor the left side of this map. Getting gold / exp / pp from a warg lair while also being able to build an extra farm is pretty big. Do keep in mind the farm will need to be rebuilt after the lair is down, as the wargs stop leashing towards the lair, but this is really minor compared to what you got out of it.
